"The Inter-Age Rule for Dating" (1-21-2015)

I, Gary, found this on a discussion board:

"For any ONE couple, age may or may not make a difference.

But statistically? Yes, it does. I did some research. Here's what I came up with. I read that the age difference which has the lowest divorce rate is where the man is 4-7 years older than the woman. The group with the highest divorce rate? Where the woman is 5 or more years older than the man. But when the gap is 8 or more years between the partners, the divorce rate is about the same for men and women and is higher than groups with a smaller gap."
